Description

-  Responsible for high voltage motor drive product HW development, test, analysis and verification，resolve HW problems.

   负责公司电机驱动产品的硬件研发、设计、测试，分析和验证，发现和解决硬件问题；

-  Responsible for motor drive product HW schematic, debug and test.

  负责电机驱动硬件电路的原理图，调试测试，进行相应实验；

- Analysis customer requirement, estimate design risks, and provide measurable solution from variant perspective, e.g. circuit, Mechanic, layout, etc.

  分析和解读客户需求及试验标准，评估整体的设计风险，从电路、结构及layout等多角度制定可量产化的解决方案；

- responsible for Functional Safety design & test, deliver test report & complete product verification.

  负责产品功能安全开发和整机测试整改，输出对应报告,  完成零部件级验收；

- Close cooperation with international development teams.

   与国际化团队的密切合作。

Qualifications

 - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

  本科或以上学历，电子或相关专业；

- 8 years HW development experience, Independently bring product to SOP，competent for problem solving with deep knowledge and methodology.

  8年硬件开发经验，能独立完成项目开发到量产，具备熟练的解决问题的能力和方法论；

- Experience in high voltage motor drive with IGBT, MOSFET or SiC, independent of EMC design.

  熟悉高压马达驱动，IGBT，MOSFET，SiC等，熟悉马达驱动EMC设计；

- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.

  积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

- English written and verbal, German speaking is a plus.

  英语听说读写流利，有德语能力更佳；

- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.

  积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用
