This exciting executive level role, as our Head of Retail Sales for Power Tools across the Oceania region, includes leading with vision and strategy, while building a dynamic, high-performing, customer-focused team to drive business growth and profitability. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Clayton headquarters.
As Head of Retail Sales Oceania, you will shape and execute world-class sales strategies across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region. You will lead the retail sales organisation, embed sales-force automation and in-call processes, optimise commercial performance, and build a high-performance culture aligned with our “OnePT” philosophy.
