Description

1. Project Management: Lead and coordinate HR operational excellence projects, close collaboration with China, Japan and Korea HRSSC team.
2. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to align global standards with local requirements, ensuring consistent service quality.
3. Data Governance: Develop and maintain data governance frameworks in HR SSC area to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company and legal standards.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to generate insights into HR service performance, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3+ years in HR shared services, project management, or data analysis roles.
2. Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing cross-culture projects.
3. Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or SQL, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
4. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
5. Fluency in English: Required for collaboration with global stakeholders; additional language skills (e.g., German, Japanese, or Korean) are a plus.
