Students enrolled in University of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations can work minimum three days (preferably 4 days) per week in our Bosch Bursa location.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Indirect Purchasing Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Assistant to the Sourcing activities for Purchasing of Logistics material field (75%) & Department Related Tasks (25%)
• Supports for market research and analysis activities related to road transportation services
• Support for request for quotations from the suppliers
• Support for project creation, follow up and preparation of tenders
• Support for special projects and cost saving activities via directly contributing to result
• Support for preparation and execution of negotiations with the suppliers
• Support for solving of complex problem with permanent measures
• Support for solving operational topics with related departments (internal customers)
• Support regarding communication with suppliers and internal business partners
• Support for Supplier information update via using digital tools
• Support for contract creation, follow up and preparation of contract documents 
• Support for archiving, data collection, follow-up
• Support for department related purchasing activities, purchasing requisition creation

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English (able to communicate clearly and fluently in English)
• Able to work min 3 days (preferably 4 days) in a week during school period
• Able to work min 11 months (preferably 18 months) during school period
• Living in Bursa is a must
• Strong coordination and high communication skills together with teamwork abilities
• Highly social personality in interpersonal communication
• Eager to learn new things, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
• Result orientation with problem solving, analytical & proactive approach
• High level of attention to details
• Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
