Description

• Responsible for Capacity planning based on production line configuration, take anasyis to identify delivery risk and lead capacity improvement projects.
• Responsible for testing fixture demand planning based on customer demand.
• Responsible for production standard definition (PQI/Stab…) and identify the potentials for improvement. 
• Do Line balance analysis and continue improve productivity.  
• Monitor KPI Figures, Utilization/ Changeover / CT … PDCA loop follow.
• Support Value stream leader to deploy yearly Q/C/D target to relevant functions and to different layers.   
• Responsible for quick reaction system development& upgrade (Andon /visualization… system)
• Responsible for Bosch production system element development (Standard work, MAE flexible…)
• Responsible for Process confirmation structure set up and execution improvement.
• Responsible for fixed assets management including capitalization, transfer, scrap, stocktaking and so on.
• Coordinate for new machine Ergo check topic
• Setup/Maintain Product Routing Data.
• Other tasks assigned by Superior.         

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical or Engineering field
• Above 3 years experience of industrial engineering work
• Hardworking, diligent, intelligent, teamwork spirit and honest
• Good English
