Position Overview: As an IT Operations Intern, you will be crucial in supporting our operational technologies and IT functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in managing industrial assets, and contribute to implementing IT security measures. Key Responsibilities:
Prioritization and Deadline Management:
· Effectively prioritize requests and understand their importance to meet deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Operational Technologies Support:
· Assist in operational technology tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and support for related systems.
Industrial Asset Inventory:
· Maintain an inventory of hardware (HW) and software (SW) assets, ensuring accurate records and updates.
Implementation of IT Security Tasks:
· Support the implementation of industrial IT security measures to protect organizational assets.
IT Support:
· Provide technical support for IT functions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users as needed.
Documentation and Contribution:
Prepare and contribute to IT documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.

Qualifications

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of IT concepts, operational technologies, and industrial IT security principles.
Familiarity with hardware (HW) and software (SW) inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide IT support and resolve technical issues.
Attention to Detail:
Good level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting tasks.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
Adaptability:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.

Working conditions
•  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
