Description

1) Support for process and testing related documentation
2) Support for Injector preparation before testing
3) Support for Injector function measurement (fuel delivery rate,Injection time, etc)
4) Support for HDP [high pressure pump] / EV [Gasoline Injector] part preparation before testing
5) Support for HDP high pressure pump / EV [Gasoline Injector] prepare for shipment
6) Perform the test in Laboratory (Bubble bath leak, Insulation resistance etc.)
7) Support for Static tests improvement
     - Fixture modification, Test procedure, test concept , Test trial
8) Material sample grinding and data analysis.
9) Support for Measurement uncertainty
10) Support for Key data information in Excel sheet and report making in PowerPoint

Qualifications

1) Currently a student in Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Material) or related field.
2) Good command in Thai and English
3) Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office
4) Willing to learn new things
5) Minimum 4 months of internship period

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
