  • Become part of our agile team and look forward to discovering a modern working environment within an innovative company and actively helping to shape it. You’ll contribute to cutting-edge digital solutions in a project focused on developing a web-based application for the automation, optimization, and maintenance of software release processes.
  • During your internship, you will support the design and development of a full stack web application that streamlines release workflows, improves traceability, and enhances the overall efficiency of software delivery.
  • You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies to implement features such as release planning, version tracking, automated deployment triggers, and status dashboards.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with team members to integrate the application with existing CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, ensuring seamless interaction with engineering tools and infrastructure. Your contributions will help reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and improve visibility into release activities.
  • In close collaboration with Product Owners, DevOps engineers, and software developers, you’ll help understand the specific needs of internal stakeholders and translate them into intuitive, reliable, and scalable web solutions.
  • Finally, you will also keep an eye on current trends and best practices in full stack development, DevOps, and software lifecycle management to promote innovative approaches to release automation and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Networking, Business Informatics, or comparable with an embedded SW focus
  • Experience in web development using Python and Node.js; familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira; understanding of software release processes and CI/CD workflows; knowledge of RESTful APIs and frontend frameworks is a plus; experience in DevOps or automotive software development is beneficial
  • You grasp complex issues quickly and manage your time effectively; your motivation and outgoing nature make you an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Duration: 6 months
