Your contribution to something big

During your internship at the department for International Technical Support and Training you will get a broad insight into project management, training, and market communication. The focus will be set individually on your skills and your field of interests. That gives you the opportunity to drive your own topics.

• Participation in the maintenance and improvement of information platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
• Active support in the departments’ market communication.
• Active participation in internal improvement and development activities.
• Support with daily ad-hoc tasks (e.g. plan meetings and workshops, maintain department databases and other organizational topics).
• Active contribution to ongoing projects ensuring that correct serviceability is respected throughout the process by e.g. maintaining or creating new templates.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

• Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, International Communication, or similar in Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous work experience preferred Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC
• Able to work independently in a structured manner with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through on tasks
• Optimistic and result-oriented attitude with innovative spirit

Duration of the internship: 6 months, preferably starting in March 2026
Location: On-site in our plant in Tranås, Sweden

Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures and sells heat pumps for the European market. We are approximately 700 employees and from part of the large Bosch Group, which consists of approximately 409,000 employees worldwide.
