We are searching for an IT Support and Systems Trainee to work in Bosch Service Solutions in Ovar. The selected person will belong to an Iberian IT team and will have as main tasks:

• Provide support to Servidesk Service Solutions;
• Provide solutions to technical problems on Helpdesk.

We are looking for a person with proactivity and initiative who supports different topics, namely. support for sending and receiving orders, and other topics related to location infrastructure.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Relevant studies/training in IT field
• Mandatory languages: Portuguese (native) and English (fluency). Spanish would be a plus.
• Knowledge in installing, setting-up and repairing computers
• Windows operational system knowledge
