Description

Responsibility:

1.CO Function team is IT center in Bosch plays an importment role in plant digital transformation journey. We introduce new IT technology and build up competence in Bosch; We lead local IT solution development and coordinate central intelligent IT solution rollout; We govern IT security strictly following IT laws and regulation.

2.You will work closely with plant function departments to identify, document, and translate their digitalization strategy into IT solutions that help achieve business outcomes using Analytics.

3.You will lead local application development project to continue the digitalization transformation in plant, to integrate cutting-edge IT technology into existing busniess process, to develop IT solution to drive desired busniess outcomes. You will act as competence team leader to build new IT technology/competence in team.

Qualifications

1.)

- Systematic understanding of cutting-edge technologies in data application development

- Project management experience

- Good understanding of business process

- Develop and introduce new technologies & capabilities within the team,

- Lead IT tool and application development project individually and successfully
