Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

 Good prediction and judgment on the development and application of AI technology

Define the strategy and roadmap of AI-driven digitalization

2. Technical Execution

Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and solutions to solve specific business problems.

Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on improvements.

3. Organizational Change Management

Lead enterprise-wide upskilling programs to transition all associates to embrace AI

Drive cultural shift to encourage AI adoption.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with software engineering departments to integrate AI models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.

Establish governance for AI ethics, security, and compliance in automotive applications.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.

• More than 2 years proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, preferably in automotive industry.

• Deep hands-on experience with AI frameworks, and Deploying AI solutions at scale

• Proven track record of delivering ROI-driven AI projects (e.g., 20%+ cost reduction via predictive maintenance).

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.

• Experience with data preprocessing techniques, feature selection, and model evaluation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Willingness to take challenges, passion to solve problem in a systematic way.
