Your tasks:

AI Solution Design & Delivery

► Lead the end-to-end development of AI and machine learning models for plant digitalization (e.g., predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, computer vision for quality inspection, energy efficiency).

► Design and implement RAG pipelines and Agentic Workflows for processing unstructured data.

► Define technical roadmaps, architecture, and methodologies for scalable AI solutions across Bosch plants.

Data Science Leadership

► Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.

► Establish best practices for data processing, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Cross-functional Collaboration

► Work with manufacturing experts, process engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to translate plant challenges into AI-driven solutions.

► Act as the technical bridge between data-driven innovation and shop-floor execution.

Innovation & Research

► Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements (e.g., foundation models, graph neural networks, generative AI for digital twins).

Governance & Scaling

► Ensure data governance, model explainability, and compliance with Bosch AI ethics guidelines.

► Drive deployment of AI solutions on cloud, edge, and hybrid environments (Azure, Databricks, on-prem HPC).

Qualifications

► Completed university studies (master's degree or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable subject.

► Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale (ideally in manufacturing, industrial automation, or plant digitalization).

► Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Spark MLlib).

► Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).

► Experience with big data platforms (Databricks, Hadoop/Spark, Azure Synapse) and MLOps (MLflow, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

► Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and Hungarian.
