Description

• Assisting in the design and implementation of logistic processes in the warehouse and manufacturing
• Supporting the analysis and improvement of existing logistic processes with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring key logistics performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement
• Assisting in the coordination of short-term process changes and non-standard activities
• Participating in the documentation of logistics processes, including work instructions and training materials
• Supporting the procurement planning of necessary equipment for process implementation
• Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations from standard processes
• Collaborating with different teams within the department to support logistics operations
• Providing support in resolving urgent production-related issues

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
• Advanced Excell skills
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English
