MAE maintenance
- build key maintenance activity WI
- Manufacturing morning meeting
- Malfunction regular review
- Leading problem solving of key malfunction
- KPI PDCA
- Support Shop floor technician to solve problem
- MAE A/B/C classification according standard check list
- Lead projects of technical modification
- Create technical and project documentations, make „lessons-
learned” documentations
Spare parts planning and stock control
- Spare part definition
- Tracking spare parts abnormal usage.
- Working at alternative solution if spare parts not available.
- Support spare parts localization project
- Organize repaired key spare parts try out
Maintenance competence development
- Follow competence development plan
Training maintenance shop floor team
TPM activity
- PM item regular review and update
- Key malfunction (long break down or repeat happened problem)
summarize (PSS) and define standard reaction plan
Join TPM activities, taking main role on TPM review meeting,
support to improve TPM maturity
 

Qualifications

B.A degree or equivalent in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Be familiar with TPM, PM ,5Sand SAP relative system

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Workable spoken and written English skill

Have manage equipment experience best in Automotive diagnostic equipment production
line.
Good Office Software skills
