 About JMP - Fast track leadership program

The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Career Growth Path

Completing the two-year rotational journey is just the beginning. Post this, you transition into your landing position within the function you are hired — where you apply everything you’ve learned, deepen your functional expertise, and start making tangible impact. During your 24-month journey, you’re prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)—but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 6–8 years. This pathway is intentionally structured to help you grow faster than traditional career routes, ensuring that high-potential individuals move into impactful roles early.

Qualifications

Master of Business Administration from Teir 1 B-Schools (Operations preferred)
Bachelor of Engineering  (Computer Science preferred)

4 - 5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, preferably including requirements gathering, use case identification, prioritization, drawing up roadmaps and program management of transformation initiatives.
Experience of working in Data, Analytics and AI projects.  
Hands-on work experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
