Description

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will:

► Planning and installations of new production lines  and modifications of existing machines.

► Project and budget responsibility for new production lines and customer projects.

► Coordinating activities with involved departments to release your targets and your projects (Logistic, Technical support, Quality).

► Planning and executing production trials and 0-series.

► Creating and improvement of products and production processes, in co-operation with the other locations and departments worldwide.

► Optimizing process steps and examining/implement new production methods.

► Planning and documenting work steps, workflows and procedures.

► Revising technical documentation and technical requirements.

► Creating work instructions, control plans and process FMEA.

► Defining information and material flow (including fifo and supermarket concept and defining a lot size).

► Present area of responsibility to the customers/visitors.

► Coordinating activities with external suppliers (machine, tooling and material suppliers).

You will achieve the following Targets:

► Make quality for life products.

► Productivity and efficiency of your lines.

► Project realization in time and budget.

 

Qualifications

► Relevant working experience (manufacturing engineering, process engineering) at least 2-3 years, preferably in automotive industry.

► A good knowledge of Lean, 5S, FMEA and 8D report.

► Distinct knowledge in SAP Productive Systems and MS Office Applications.  

► University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a comparable field of study.

► Fluency in English language.

► Strong team player with good communication skills.

► High degree of motivation and initiative.
