Description
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure cost (IDC, non-IDC, wastage ) meet target
- Conduct quality control ( daily meeting, Q activities) on mass production to ensure good quality standards execution
- Drive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving.
- Risk management in ECR , 4M1E change management
- Ensure timely closure of defined corrective measures from customer complaint or internal detections through entire value stream
- Safe launch, planning and management of new product/process/MAE
- Lead Q improvement projects
- Ensure 14 Q basic conducted in value stream
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Mechanical related majors.
- Over 3 years’ quality management experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge with Quality Management method/tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.
- Basic Knowledge of quality management system ISO9001, IATF16949(or VDA6.1) and VDA6.3.
- Good skill of data analysis ( Proficient in using Excel )
