Description

• Support Day / Night shift Process inspection LSR, Molding and Assembly.
• Support Day / Night shift Product inspection at Assembly production.
• Daily audit for 5S level, pre-analyze the risk and apply Escalation flow if deviation was found.
• To confirm Process release and machine cleanliness at Assembly production.
• Perform and coordinate inline test for of each product with QMM2 according to Control plan.
• Keep sample the product audit and safe launch to QMM2 testing.
• Support quality topic in manufacturing (Confirm NOK part, Measurement defect, training quality issue topic both customer and internal and CKD issue).
• Make the request for special analysis of tests and/or measurements of components when required.
• Control nonconforming blocking part.
• Find opportunities to improve quality together with other department.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Diploma or up in mechatronic, mechanic, maintenance, electric or electronic are preferable.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience with Quality Technician in quality areas and shop floor areas.
• At least 2 years' work experience in quality control or quality assurance (manufactory environment).
• Software skill such as Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
• 5S knowledge.
• 14Q basis.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
