We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Data Automation & Insights team as a Marketing Analyst!

In this role you will be responsible for data processing and analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business. Also maintaining reliable data pipelines and integrations across our digital and internal systems. The role will ensure the integrity of data flows, reporting and analytics is maintained to support our data and marketing strategy. In addition they will support in preparing for future projects ensuring scalable, efficient and resilient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all new developments are considered and aligned to the business data architecture and structure.
  • Ensure data processes and connections to internal systems and stakeholders are maintained.
  • To support in managing our Databricks platform to improve efficiency and capabilities with marketing automation and reporting.
  • To improve the accuracy and speed of reporting on digital marketing performance and user behaviour.
  • To identify trends, patterns and anomalies in digital data that can drive strategic business decisions.
  • To support marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights for campaign optimisation, customer segmentation and personalisation.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power Bi
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
