Description
- Conocer e identificar los procesos de manufactura críticos y no críticos del VSL.
- Diseñar y revisar los proyectos de manufactura del VSL con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Coordinar y administrar proyectos de inversión del área de acuerdo a procedimientos internos (CDQ’s) y externos del cliente (APQP’s).
- Desarrollar e implementar objetivos RPP dentro del área de manufactura con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Dar seguimiento al IPN en indicadores OEE, capacidades de planta, lecciones aprendidas y reclamos de calidad en el área con el fin de asegurar la implementación en los procesos de manufactura.
- Participar en auditorias de procesos y calidad (internas/externas) con el fin de conocer los hallazgos presentados asegurando el seguimiento y aplicación de las acciones correctivas.
- Promover la seguridad, salud, protección del medio ambiente y la mejora en el desempeño energético de acuerdo a las normas ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001 en sus versiones vigentes, así como el cumplimiento de la CD03800 y normas aplicables.
Qualifications
- Educación: Titulo en Ingeniería o relacionado.
- Automatización y control
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Inglés Nivel avanzado.
- Procesos de manufactura y nuevos procesos.
- Metodología de Solución de Problemas
- Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC.PPAP)
- Sistema SAP-P81
