2.Molding tooling optimization to reduce product failure rate and quality improvement in serial production.
在量产阶段通过模具的改善减少产品的报废以及提高产品的质量。
3.Work together with quality team to analyze quality problem and define molding tooling repair and improvement plan.
和质量部门一起分析质量问题，并制定模具维修和改善方案。
4.Modling tooling whole lifetime managenment to reduce problem happen and improve prodctivity.
模具的全生命周期管理，减少问题的发生，从而提高生产效率。
5.Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables.
负责模具的备件与易耗品使用的控制。
6.Training and coaching service technician (Equipment) to improve their skill.
培训和教导Service技术员并提高其技能。
7.On-call to support molding tooling issue.

Qualifications

University, major in mechanical。
机械类大学毕业

Not less than 3 years experience in molding tooling industries.
3年以上模具从业经验

- Tooling machining 模具机加工
- Molding tooling design 模具设计
- UG& solidworks&CAD 3D&2D软件
- Molding basic 注塑基础知识
