Description

Accountable to support and lead on EM MAE's problem solving and modification, focusing on software and vision system. Provide MAE's electrical details and issue MAE's electrical standard document for Maintenance work. Implement corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure smooth production. Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for production equipment and machines. Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Take a lead on MAE's problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.
• Provide MAE's details & issue MAE's standard document for Maintenance.
• Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines.
• Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.
• Providing innovative ideas that related to software & vision topics for cost reduction.
• Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.
• Support Project team for new model preparation on the topics that related to Software & Vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master graduation with Electrical engineer or related field.
• Above 5 years experience in machinery maintenance, especially in electrical system or vision system.
• Strong experience in solving the electrical system or vision system.
• Strong experience in solving the electrician problem of machine or improving machine design
• Deep knowledge and skills in PLC Software
• Leading self and leading other skills
• Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skills

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
