1. Customer project handling and management and synergy between regions to get the centralized proposal
2. Lead and drive overall engineering relevant topics or projects with a systematic and structured way
a). Overall lead the efficiency program in engineering area to ensure the efficiency target can be achieved with effective way
b). VM/NE-CN competence management, include the key competences and role-based competences
c). CRAFT Owner in engineering area
d). Overall lead and coaching, knowledge build for BDH, ASPICE, PURE, UX and implemented and execution to the project)
Qualifications
1). Bachelor degree above, engineering education background is better
2). More than 5 years working experiences in problem solving, CIP activities and project management. Leadership experience is preferred.
3).Strong sense of responsibility, Ownership, Hardworking.
4).Get involvement in NE advanced topics, working with many different people and organizations, overview over different engineering and non-engineering areas
