This means that you will gain on-the-job experience with us, which you can later expand upon academically during your studies.

In this role you transform logistics data and processes into real impact within a fast-moving and international supply chain environment.

  • Mapping logistics processes with modern process modelling tools like Signavio and translating complexity into clear and usable structures

  • Regularly tracking key logistics KPIs and driving meaningful follow-up measures that improve performance and reliability

  • Identifying improvement potential and creating transparent documentation in our knowledge management system Docupedia

  • Conducting focused analyses to support daily operations and prepare sound data-driven business decisions

  • Being an active part of the future distribution concept team and contributing to the optimization of global material flows

  • Supporting strategic projects such as optimizing distribution center locations while considering geopolitical tensions and manufacturing strategy

Qualifications

  • Personality: Resilient and proactive with a passion for logistics and process optimization, strong team skills and sociability; curiosity for innovative supply chain solutions and understanding of global distribution challenges
  • Working Style: Structured, analytical and self-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; confident communication and presentation skills to collaborate successfully across teams and cultures
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with process mapping, data tracking and analysis; familiarity with KPI management and documentation tools; IT affinity and interest in logistics systems and operational optimization
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics processes, supply chain concepts and process improvement methodologies; basic knowledge of process modeling software like Signavio and knowledge management systems
  • Languages: English (very good), German is a plus
  • Education: Very good bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields

Additional Info

The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
