Description

1. Develop and Implementation of SPP (Strategical Product Planning), including 制定和执行战略产品规划， 包括：

a. Investigation on target market / application feedback . as well as target competitor performance corresponding product family / line. 调查负责产品家族/产品线在目标市场/应用行业的使用情况，以及竞争对手表现。

b. Check internally on the life cycle on the product family / lines. 检查负责产品家族/产品线的生命周期情况

c. Based on a and b define next strategical action on product family / lines, e.g. RPP, localization, new product development, phase out, etc 根据上述信息，制定负责产品家族/产品线的下一步战略行动，例如：降本、本地化、新产品开发、退市等

2. Develop and implement Local CAT3 Product Strategy, including

制定和执行本地CAT3产品战略，包括

à Local product positioning and define product USP/ 本地产品定位及卖点定义

à Prepare new local product platform specification / 准备新本地产品提案

à New Product launching in pilot OEM in target application / 目标市场内的新产品推广

à Variant management / 变种管理

3. Seamless co-operation between international and local engineering on product development

与国际及本地研发团队紧密配合进行产品研发工作

4. Regular Product Management daily work, e.g. document, marketing, seminar, pricing management, etc

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree and above in mechanics, hydraulic, mechatronics or other related major.

机械工程、液压传动、机电一体化及其他相关专业本科毕业。

1. Familiar w/ hydraulic technology development as plus

熟悉了解液压技术发展者优先

1. More than 8 years’ experience in the related industry. Product management experience is a plus

8年以上相关行业工作经验，有产品管理经历者优先。

1. Team working spirit and effective communication. Fluent English skill. German as a plus
