1) Plan and deploy PS strategy

2) Yearly PS maturity assessment and define improvement actions

3) Coordinate PS method trainings and qualification (Shainin, PS Funnel, 6sigma, etc.)

4) Lead/Coach PS projects as 8D expert, Shainin Master, PS Coach, 6Sigma blackbelt

5) Data Driven Problem solving promotion

6) AI solution for Problem Solving

7) Organize PS project review and PS project status reporting

8) Monthly report 8D, LL with KPI Dashboard

9) Method expert for

• MM-641.03-(RBCD) 8D-Problem Solving
• MM-641.08-RBCD Lessons Learned
• MM-641.40-(RBCD) Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirement

bachelor or above, machinery, electronic, automotive engineering or industrial, quality engineering

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Knowledge of RBCD products and manufacturing, BPS
• knowledge and experience of QM-system
• knowledge and experience of statistic technique and problem-solving technique
• 3Y work experience in Manufacturing/process engineering/Product design/Product Quality
