5. Coordination of value stream projects(machining concept changing ,fixture optimization etc.)

协调价值流相关项目（工艺变更，刀具工装优化...)

6. Coordination of machining new sample plan，Validation of new process and new MAE

协调机加工样件计划,新工艺新设备的验证

7. StaB analysis process time  

StaB 年度更新，分析优化过程时间

Qualifications

1.Mechanical or automotive related major.机械及自动化相关专业

2.With machining working experience in mechanical manufacturing。具备机加工相关工作经验

3.Have knowledge and logic about FMEA,CP,WI creating and Maintenance，PDCA tracking。具备创建更新工艺文件和PDCA的基本知识和逻辑

4.Good communication with internal and external department colleagues,良好的沟通能力

5.English in reading and writing,具备英语听说能力

6.Team player,independent work and self-motivatio。融入团队，成为一员，具备独立工作能力和自驱力
