Description

Responsible for production process of hydraulic pumps, motors, and control valves 负责液压泵、马达和控制阀的生产工艺

-Create and update routing for assembly and testing process 建立及更新产品的装配、测试工艺
-Create and update standard documents, including: FMEA,CP, WI, etc. 创建FMEA，控制计划、作业指导书等文件
-Create and update assembly and testing program 创建及维护装配线和测试台的程序
-Responsible for problem solving in production line and improve it, such as rework, customer claim, machine & measuring tools capability 负责生产线问题的解决并改进：返修分析，客户投诉、设备能力、量具能力
-Plan and optimize production line, tools, fixtures and process from following points: safety, quality, cost, delivery, flexibility 优化生产线、工具、工装和过程，以改进安全、质量、成本、交付、灵活性等
-Process planning for new products 新产品的工艺过程准备
-Other tasks relate to assembly and testing process 其它装配、测试相关的工作

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above education background, major in mechanical engineering, automation or related engineering fields.
- With 3 years manufacturing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
- Familiar with production processes such as assembly and testing
- Familiar with FMEA and Control Plan tools
- Experience in automation projects or automatic control software and hardware is preferred
- CET4, fluent in English, with good reading and writing skills
- Team player, independent work and self motivation
大学本科及以上教育背景，机械、自动化等相关工科专业。
3年以上制造业相关工作经验
熟悉生产流程，装配、测试相关工艺
熟悉FMEA、Control plan等工具
有自动化项目或者自动控制软硬件相关经验优先
英语CET4，英语流利，良好的读写能力
较强的团队合作和独立工作的能力
