Lead process development and digitalization projects in area of Product Innovation and Lifecycle Management. 

• The digital Transformation Manager is expected to enable PT-GT business target achievement by providing digital solutions to optimize internal processes for higher operation efficiency and on-time product launch .

• The manager needs to do the strategy design, clarify & prioritize business needs, design product development pipeline, work out solution design with development team and ensure on-time solution deployment in GT.

• In 2026, this digital manager is supposed to take the projects from aftersales service team and lobal portfolio team with focus on SDA & PPA digital solution continuous development & global roll out.

Qualifications

• Digital Solution Development Methodology & Project Experience;

• Sufficient Business Analysis skill and ability to turn business need into digital solution design;

• Good communication skill in English;

• Ability to deal with multi-tasks;

• Quick Learner
