Job Summary

1. Schedule and execute A/Q/Z test for CRIN, Fuel Cell, Pump
2. Plan and set up A/Q/Z test for new project
3. Task arrangement for A/Q/Z test technician
4. Support QM engineer to test PPAP/ISIR parts for CRIN, Fuel Cell, Pump

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Schedule and execute A/Q/Z test for CRIN, Fuel Cell, Pump

• Make annual plan for A/Q/Z test, as well as the release test acc. internal customer demand
• Timely execute A/Q/Z test and corresponding inspection according to test specification
• Prepare testing report and handle quality case if failure detected
• Ensure machine utilization rate

2. Plan and set up A/Q/Z test for new project

•   Overall planning & set up A/Q/Z test capability for new product release

• Identify all necessary training, test specification and facility
• Prepare training and facility that needed for specific project according to timeline

3.Task arrangement for A/Q/Z test technician

• Plan the headcount, training as well as qualification of A/Q/Z test technician, daily task arrangement

4. Support QM engineer to test PPAP/ISIR parts for CRIN, Fuel Cell, Pump

• Support QM engineer to test the PPAP/ISIR parts
• Prepare PPAP/ISIR test report

5. Carry out data security during daily work in workshop and office

• Follow company data security and principle

Qualifications

- University degree in mechanical engineering or alike

- Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point

- Good English communication skill

- Knowledge in quality tools

- Auto injection system knowledge

- Electronic & Mechanical knowledge background
