Description

• Covers the technical topics in product mass production stage

• Support product owner and quality management team, act as technical topics owner and answer for engineering topics such as risk assessment, problem solving, root cause study, data analysis and result providing

• Provide technical comment in global simultaneous engineering (SE) teams meeting

• Lead or be the key member in the technical topics task force team

• Coordinate change management in series products

• Technical support to customer request

• Join product project team in the product development phase, support engineering topics like characterization or analysis topics etc…

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Semiconductor or Microelectronics related field, Master degree or higher degree is preferred

• At least 3 years engineering related work experience in Semiconductor

• Good English in written and verbal

• Good experience at problem solving and risk mitigation in engineering

• Capability of deep research and study on an engineering topic

• Familiar with data analytics, experience with Spotfire is a plus

• Familiar with semiconductor technology and processes (Fab, Assembly, Test)

• Familiar with MEMS technology and products 

• Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products, like JEDEC standard

• Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit

• Ability to work in an international team and work in a cross-function team

• Willingness to travel (mainly within Asia, but also to HQ in Germany)
