• New project launch, QG process / 新项目导入，QG流程
o Lead the project quotation in production, plan and collect input data
在制造部门，负责产品的报价的数据收集和规划
o Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery
作为与客户对接窗口，制定新项目，新产品排程及交期
o Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (BOM,Process, Material, Tooling)
生产内部协调跟踪，确保BOM，原材料，夹具等相关准备按照项目计划周期进行
o Product document owner for process flow chart, P-FMEA and Control plan.
流程图，P-FMEA和控制计划等产品文件的负责人
o Arrange EWAK and D-sample production,follow sample quality and On time delivery
EWAK, D-sample计划排程及生产,确保样件满足质量要求，及时交付
o Support QMC to prepare PPAP document
支持客户质量部门准备PPAP的文件
• Engineer Change owner / 工程变更负责人
o Initiate Internal ECR and Coordinate ECR implementation
发起内部的工程变更，协调工程变更执行
o Follow up ECR status, KPI monitoring and action plan
跟踪ECR 执行状态，监控ECR指标，针对不达标项，采取必要行动
• Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs 驱动产品的质量、成本及交付达到各项指标
o Prepare the monthy QCD KPI report and action defined with owner
每月完成QCD KPI报告,与责任人制定改进计划
o Regulr meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt
与lead plant 定期报告KPI 现状，经验学习分享
o Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment, risk assesement if deviation existing
协助质量事故处理， 确保产品及时交付。当产品质量有偏差时，协调风险评估
o Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction
主导现有工艺流程的成本改进
o Char RPP activity for target achievement
主导降本项目实施，以达成指标
o MAE and EWAK tooling cost plan and control
设备及治工具成本预算及控制
• Support BPS engineer to setup logitics flow setup/maintain with customer
协助BPS工程师建立及维护与客户间的logitics flow
• New line release/new process/process change for customer approval
针对新生产线，新工艺流程或现有工艺流程的改变，按照相应要求获得客户批准
• Customer visit / audit 主导客户到访及审核
• Perform task's assigned by planning manager执行规划经理分配的工作

Qualifications
