Description

1. APQP(PPAP) activity for new projects/products

2. Quality assessment in project phase

3.Engineering quality control

4.Lead/support failure investigation(internal and external) and resolve customer quality complaints, on time and on quality

5. Coordinate/support customer audit in plant.

6. Control and Disposition of non-conforming product (Concession and Block/unblock)

7. CKD component quality performance control and monitor

8. Process quality CIP,drive for internal issue resolving and quality improvement

9. Quality tools and method implementation

10. Support compliance with IATF16949 requirements

11. Support activities to meet plant and departmental goals and objectives

12. Q4.0 basic e.g. Python knowledge...

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree/diploma in engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years quality experience in Automotive supplier.

3. IATF16949 experience, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, APQP,8D,MSA,familiar with Automotive customer requirement etc.

4. Good command of English
