Description

- Purchasing for all new projects (Product Engineering Process PEP)
- Responsible for achievement of project goals (costs, quality, deadlines, budget, capacity)
- Participates in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) team, coordinates SE work at the supplier
- Considers series experience / lessons learned in SE
- Responsible for Technical Supplier Discussions (TSD)
- Responsible for purchasing evaluation and review (PR)
- Participates in Quality Gates (QG)
- Purchasing for series production until End of Production (EOP)
- Responsible for change management
- Coordinates and drives Ratio Project Planning (RPP) on purchasing side, participates in RPP teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above with major in Power electronics, mechanical or automotive
- Comprehensive understanding and consistent use of target oriented and agile Project-Management
- Comprehensive understanding of product development process at Bosch (PEP) and SE-work
- Ability to drive & create cost efficient solutions, cost awareness, performing of cost calculations and identify cost drivers
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant manufacturing processes and technologies
- Social skills in particular quality, communication and intercultural mind set
