• Technical discussion with customer and requirement development for software specification.
• Develop software system concepts together with teams in India, Vietnam and Germany.
• Request software implementation and manage SW development schedule.
• Perform integration / system test
• Join tests and validation with customer (engine bench or vehicle)

• インド、ベトナムおよびドイツのチームと一緒にコンセプト開発
• ソフトウェア実装依頼、進捗管理
• 結合テスト・システムテストの実施

Qualifications

• Requirement handling, development experiences in embedded SW domain (more than 5years preferred)
• Basic knowledge of ICE/BEV/HEV powertrain control systems
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skill
• leadership and commmunication skill
• Working experience in global team
• Japanese; native level
• English: TOEIC higher than 600 preferred
• 組込ソフトウェア要件管理および開発経験　5年以上
• ICE/BEV/HEV powertrain control systemsに関する基礎知識
• 優れた問題解決と分析力
• リーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
• グローバルチームでの実務経験
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

PS-SC/RBU-JP leads ECU / VCU projects in customer engineering and software development in vehicle functions.
