Description

  • Analyze Purchasing Quality KPIs, with a strong focus on Complaint Management.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve key performance targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify and coordinate required competence training programs.
  • Establish and optimize workflows to align with Bosch, Customer, and industry standards (e.g., TS16949).
  • Follow up on 8D reports with suppliers, prioritizing quality and lead time.
  • Monitor KPI results and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement digital tools such as "Supply On" and global 8D reporting systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality to Excellence processes and leverage SAP for monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong management skills with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  •  Proficient in English (Speaking, Listening, and Reading
  • 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
  • Trained in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
  • Expertise in Core Tools for QMS, such as:
    • APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
    • FMEA & Control Plan (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
    • MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
    • SPC (Statistical Process Control)
    • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
    • VDA, CSR's (Customer-Specific Requirements)
