Description

• Designing and implementing automated test functions using Python
• Debugging and commissioning test functions on the software test bench
• Executing and contributing to software requirement reviews
• Performing root cause analysis of failed tests and documenting defects
• Creating clear and structured test reports for executed software tests
• Actively supporting continuous improvement of test automation and quality processes

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

Education

• Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
• Equivalent practical experience is equally valued

Experience

• Experience in software testing or test automation, ideally in embedded environments
• Familiarity with continuous integration and quality assurance workflows

Know-how

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with tools such as CAN, CANoe, Git, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins
• Knowledge of requirements management
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• German is a plus but not mandatory

Working Style and Methods

• Structured, proactive, and quality-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Curious and motivated to learn
