Description

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases based on system requirements;
• Set up, manage, and optimize test environments for various stages of development;
• Plan and track test activities, ensuring traceability and coverage;
• Execute system tests and report results with thorough documentation;
• Communicate closely with project teams including developers, architects, and stakeholders;
• Adhere to internal testing processes and contribute to continuous process improvement;
• Respect and uphold information security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent);
• Understanding of system-level testing and automation concepts;
• Experience with test planning, defect reporting, and documentation tools (e.g., IBM CLM, Jira, Confluence);
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities;
• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently;
• Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success;
• Readiness to travel internationally (EU).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test tools (e.g., Selenium, GIT, Jenkins);
• Experience with automating testing tools.
