Description

• Drive and participate in quality assurance activity during new product and process development phase, including PPAP, quality gates, FMEA, special characteristics, customer launch management, process capability, control plan, customer audit etc.
• Lead systematic problem solving activities by applying sophisticated quality methods, and coordinating required resources, e.g. via 8D process, DOE, fish bone, 5xwhy.

        -Diagnose quality processes to derive and conduct quality digitalization (Q4.0) improvement project towards    data driven quality.

• Conduct data analysis by applying proper statistic methods to provide clear picture of quality performance, in terms of Cpk etc.
• Promote quality method know-how as FMEA moderator and quality mindset within plant

          Make Quality improvement projects within plant, eg. FMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher on technical area, e.g. chemical, material, mechanics, electrical, automotive, etc.
• Min. 3 years in automotive industry on quality management (preferred), or manufacturing engineering /development.
• Theoretical understanding and practical experiences on

         APQP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, Cmk, MSA

         Technical statistic basics (variable & attributive characteristics)

         Processes about advance quality planning, production parts approval, change management, concession, traceability and identification

         Basic knowhow about IATF16949
