Description

• Assist supplier quality problems.
• In-house Production:

          - Responsible for Product audit (A-, Q-, Z- Inspection).

          - Responsbile for process surveillance (workstation check, PQP check, etc).

          - Q-problem solving, lead 8D teams.

• Warranty support (setup, analysis, problem solving, etc).
• Drive value stream quality topics review.
• Participate in process/system audit.
• Participate project teamwork.

• Responsible for handling of Bosch internal customer complaints (Band).
• Responsible for handling Bosch responsible related customer complaints (B failure).
• Participate in Q-Base.
• Coordinate on leadplant and customer audit.
• Familiar with quality process of PPAP, QG, FMEA, etc.
• Big data analysis, be a member of data analytic compentence center.
• Other tasks as defined by Quality Supervisor or above.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in electronic or mechanic Engineering
• 2~3 year in quality assurance
• Sound knowledge of quality methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis tools, e.g SPSS/SAS/power BI/ Tableau
