Description

• Supporting responsible purchasing quality manager in daily working tasks
• Handling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, system checking, update of records)
• Participation in preventive quality planning in dedicated softwares
• Updating excel tables regularly
• Active participation in all regular meetings
• Supporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, etc
• Advanced Excell skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage)
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English
