Description

With a key role in the Sales Team, the Sales and Business Developer has to increase the level of knowledge about HC (Home Comfort) products, services and system solutions by organizing internal/external trainings, visits to planners, developers, contractors and other similar decision and/or influencer parties. Has to focus on company’s growth by looking for opportunities and expanding reach by identifying new business opportunities, new markets and new clients or new partnerships.

  • You will identify potential customers, generate leads and build long-lasting relationships with non-buying partners to foster further HC growth
  • You will prepare technical and commercial presentations and offer support to the customers
  • You will analyze sales data, market trends and customer needs to make data-driven decisions and formulate effective strategies
  • You will provide regular reports and updates to the management on the business development activities, achievements and challenges
  • You will actively use  IT tools, such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, etc.

Qualifications

  • Deep HVAC technical know-how and experience in Romanian Market
  • Minimum 4 years proven experience in related roles and activity
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strategic mindset, open to changes and challenges, focused on long-term objectives
  • Customer and data management skills, in-depth analysis of the business
  • General knowledge in common technical fields is desirable
  • Able to do presentations and demonstrations to a variety of audiences
  • Good knowledge (spoken and written) and use of English language
