Description

You will support the customer teams and central functions with the following activities:

• Drive planning, tracking, and reporting of Sales KPIs to support business performance.
• Coordinate key processes: Forecast Planning, Business Plan, and Target Setting.
• Perform complex data analysis and identify deviations to improve decision-making.
• Ensure data quality through validation and plausibility checks.
• Prepare insightful business reports based on accurate data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to process optimization and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the division in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
• Support tool testing and rollout activities for smooth implementation.

Competences:

• Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Financial & Business Acumen – Understanding of sales KPIs, pricing strategies, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales/Finance/Controlling or Data Analysis

Languages: Very good English skills
