Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will be playing a critical role in developing a high-performing sales organization to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership. Your main task is to support various strategic topics for a Region covering Asia, Middle East and Africa by developing and implementing state of the art sales methodologies, tools and processes. You are enabling the sales organization to proactively create value for customers and capture market share.

You will need to analyse the available sales data and provide recommendations based on it to optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, go to market approach, develop new process and procedures. Your responsibilities will also includes :

  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales initiative.
  • Support sales steering with tool-based analysis.
  • Work closely with sales management in the region to identify opportunities.
  • Works closely with other commercial functions (marketing, product portfolio, etc) to ensure effective and efficient processes in the organization
  • Based on data analysis, provide insights to relevant stakeholders in the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional communication in English, Chinese language skills is a plus.
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales management, sales operations, or sales excellence role, preferably in the power tools industry or similar.
  • High analytical skills, able to read and work with data to generate insights and decision making process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse team and functions.
  • Able to work with MS Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI and other related data analytics software.
