Description

1. Implement regulation of the company, supervise and urge the security guard as well as conduct instruction and assessment for them. 执行公司的规章制度，对所有保安员的管理、督导训练及考核。
2. Be responsible for gatehouse management , e.g. checking for person, vehicle and goods in and out of the company. 负责公司门卫工作的管理，严格检查出/入厂车辆、人员、物品并做好记录。
3. Character building for security guard, check daily record and solve problem in a proper way. 做好队员的思想工作，检查保安值班日志内容，发现问题及时处理。
4. Supervise and urge security guard to pay attention on politeness and courtesy when they are on duty, customer& client satisfaction oriented. 督导保安值班注意的礼仪礼节，提高客户满意度。
5. Regularly organize training and drill such as daily operation, military training, fire protection, etc. 定期组织保安人员业务知识的学习、军训和消防训练以及各种应急演习。
6. Random test for emergency response of security guards, correct abnormal behavior, enhance the frequency and efficiency of security patrol. 进行不定时查岗测试快速反应，纠正各类人员的违纪行为，督导保安人员加强巡视厂区。
7. Report and response to emergency case inside/outside of the company including natural disaster, working injury, etc.对公司内外的异常情况进行反馈和处理（如自然灾害、员工受伤等）。
8. Enable to work in shifts is preferable. 能轮班工作优先考虑。

Qualifications

• Senior high school or higher高中以上学历
• At least 10 years of experience in security related, 5 years of security guard management; 十年以上的安保工作经验，五年以上安保团队管理经验；
• Be familiar with fire protectin and security system; 熟悉消防及安防系统
• Certification of security guard 具有保安员证；
• Junior certification on fire protection system具有消防初级资质；
• Be familiar with security system 熟悉安防系统；
