Description

• Support the IT Owner or Product-Responsible Department in the implementation of the Bosch Group cybersecurity requirements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the cybersecurity relevant documentation.
• Acting as the first point of contact regarding cybersecurity within the team developing or operating the IT System or Bosch Product.
• Distribute information regarding the content of the within the team developing or operating the IT System or Bosch Product
• Supporting decisions on how to proceed with cybersecurity-relevant changes, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity incident response
• Ensure transparency and escalation of risks that could impact compliance, safety, or business continuity.
• Foster cybersecurity awareness and ensure that teams understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare, maintain and ensure that the security documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready for the IT System or Bosch Product in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Language: English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• Deep knowledge of ITIL framework, with good understanding of key processes such as Incident, Change, Release, and Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and corporate security practices.
• Experience with secure development lifecycle (SDLC), product security, or IT system operations.
• Ability to identify, assess, and interpret cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with incident response coordination and change management processes.
• Proven capability to apply structured methods when analyzing failures and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Skilled in maintaining a positive, appreciative tone even in challenging or high-pressure decision-making situations.
• Possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner to various stakeholder
• Ability to produce and maintain clear and compliant security documentation.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and transparency in reporting.
