Job Description
Description
- Set up, maintain and trouble shooting of equipment.
- Plan TPM and lead service technician for implementation
- Training and guiding service techinician for trouble shooting and maintenance.
- Maintain equipment to keep high running rate.
- Improve the first pass yield and reduce the machine downtime both on Testing and Taper&Reel machine.
- Design or optimized equipment parts to increase equipment capability.
- Leading cost reduction project to reduce machine cost.
Qualifications
- Electrical/Mechanical related Bachelor
- 2~6 years+ experience in semiconductor equipment
- Good electrical/mechanical fundamental.
- Demonstrated trouble shooting skill.
- Process improvement/localization.
- Familiar with AOI inspection system. E.g., Cognex, Keyence…
- Familiar with AutoCAD or Solidwork
- Familiar with Python or Visual Studio
- Familiar with Batch Command
