- Bachelor's degree, CMA/CA certified.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or plant controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment, will be an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence software
- Expertise in B2P, Budgeting modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Digital knowledge in Power BI and Python, AI.
