At present, the automation level of the company is increasing, and it is necessary to increase the number of electrical engineers to improve the technical strength of the team and lead the management of electrical stability and safety of related equipment. As part of the responsibilities of the factory electrical safety ES, the main contributions include diagnosing electrical problems of various equipment in the factory, improving circuit safety, selecting commonly used electrical components, leading rapid improvement projects of various equipment in the factory, and helping to enhance the skills of internal maintenance personnel through the development of maintenance standards, internal training and sharing. Having knowledge of PLC, control software, circuit boards, and other related fields, capable of supporting the security management of PLC software and its data for related equipment; Perform responsibilities such as equipment and departmental data statistics.

目前公司自动化程度越来越高，需要增加电气工程师来提高团队技术力量并主导相关设备电气稳定性、设备电气安全管理工作，主要贡献：负责厂内各类设备的电气问题诊断、电路安全改善、常用电器元件选型等，领导厂内各类设备快速改进项目，同时通过维保标准制定、内部培训与分享等方式帮助提升内部维保人员的技能。兼备PLC、控制软件、电路板，软件、系统等相关知识，可以支持相关设备PLC软件及其数据安全管理工作；履行设备、部门数据统计等职责。

Roles and Responsibilities岗位职能职责

1. To develop electrical maintenance method, standard, plan and etc. for all MAE

为工厂各类设备的电气类保养工作制定维保方法、标准、计划等

1. Responsible for daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair of industrial automation equipment (such as PLC, HMI, servo system, sensors, etc.) in the factory

负责厂内工业自动化设备（如PLC、HMI、伺服系统、传感器等）的日常巡检、预防性维护及应急维修。

1. To find and collect various electrical issues of MAE on production line, and provide proper improvement proposal and following up timely

发现和收集产线上的各类设备电气问题，做出及时必要的改善方案并跟进执行

1. To provide electrical technology (PLC, control program, circuit board, IPC, network, etc.) support to maintenance team

为维保技术员提供维保工作中的电气技术（含PLC，控制软件，电路板等）支持

1. To analysis and wrap up various MAE break down cases, and update the Troubleshooting, and help improve maintenance team skill through internal training and sharing

通过对设备故障进行分析汇总，负责设备维修数据库体系建设，制定troubleshooting，以及通过内部培训与分享等方式，提升维保团队整体维保技能

1. Participate in PLC programming, logic modification, and functional optimization, adjust PLC programs in accordance with production requirements, and ensure that equipment operation logic meets process requirements. Backup and restore PLC programs, and manage version control effectively.

参与PLC的编程、逻辑修改及功能优化，配合生产需求调整PLC程序，确保设备运行逻辑符合工艺要求。备份和恢复PLC程序，做好管理版本控制。

1. Support in equipment release and electrical safety release for CIP maintenance, renovation, upgrade, and upkeep

协助设备放行及CIP维护、改造、升级、保养等的电气安全放行

1. Ensure that all work complies with electrical safety regulations

确保所有工作符合电气安全规范。

Qualifications

Education学历:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Automation and related fields

本科以上， 电气自动化及相关专业

Working Experience  工作经验：   

Above with at least 5 years maintenance/design experience in Equipment electrical automation

从事设备电气设计/维保5年以上经验

Knowledge/Skills/Training 知识/技能/培训认证：

1. Know well common PLC programing (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron) 熟悉掌握常用PLC编程知识（三菱、西门子、欧姆龙）
2. Know well about electrical system design and components selection of automatic machine 熟悉自动化设备电路图设计及电气元件的选型
3. Be good at circuit board repair 熟悉电路板的检修
4. Basic experience in machine vision applications 基本的机器视觉应用经验
5. Proficient in using office software 熟练使用办公软件
6. Good work attitude, communication and safety awareness, team work, etc. 具备良好的工作态度，沟通意识，安全意识和团队合作精神

Language 外语：

Basic English skill for common work communication (reading, writing, listen and speaking) 能用英语基本的工作沟通（读，写，听，说）
